After you select your size and color, Amazon will promptly show its availability. An "In Stock" sign means the item is available for immediate purchase. Items that are not yet in stock may be marked with an approximate in stock date. These items have already reached Amazon warehouse and are waiting Amazon finalizing the fulfillment process. You may place an advanced order or add these items to your Wishlist.
You can track order status by going to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account. Click "Track Package" next to your order after your order is shipped.
Customers who placed order on Amazon.com can request to return within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To request a return or an exchange, please follow the Amazon return procedure.
If you need additional help, simply contact an Amazon customer service representative to have them facilitate the return for you. Chat and phone service are available.
Refunds will be issued per Amazon policy.

• Gental steaming can help reduce winkles for a fresh look
• Hang the coat freely on a wide hanger
• Machine wash on the delicate cycle with a warm/cold water setting
• Extra rinse & spin cycle to remove excess detergent
• Dry on low heat with clean tennis balls. Check regularly to avoid overheating and fluff it until down is unclumped
• Wash only when really needed. To spot clean, wash the area with mild and bleach-free detergent and warm water
• Down detergent is recomended. Dry cleaning chemcials damage the down
• Store the coat on a hanger or fold it loosely/uncompressed in a dry and well-ventilated area
• After your down coming out of hibernation, give it a good shake and airing. If needed, dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to refluff the down
